• How to enter the competitions: follow both @norfolkbeachhouse and @littlenorfolkbeachhouse on Instagram and answer the simple question on both sites to enter both competitions alternatively subscribe to our website www.norfolkbeachhouse.co.uk to be in the draw. We will cross reference the winning email with a valid Instagram follow

• The opening date is 11am 07/08/23 and closing date is 11am 13/08/23. The draw is 11apm 14/08/23. You must have liked both sites and subscribed by the closing time. We reserve the right to extend competition closing time.

• The cost of entry is free

• The prize is a free 2 night weekend for 14 (10 adults in 5 doubles and 4 single beds for children at Meadow House, Norfolk and a two night break (entire apartment) for 2 guests in a double room at 12 Jetty St, Cromer between Oct 2023 and March 2024, subject to availability

• We reserve the right to change the dates with a least 3 weeks notice

• You must be over 18 to enter

• We gently remind all winning entries these properties and chill houses and not party houses and we reserve the right to withdraw your entry if unsuitable or if deposits are not paid

• A refundable security deposit of half the value of the will be held for Meadow House and for Jetty Street during your stay, requested 7 days before arrival and refunded on departure

• Other third parties are providing free gifts and hampers and these are not considered part of the competition guarantee

• The promoter may wish for some social media interaction before, during and after your stay

• There is no cash prize equivilant
