Our Beach House
Designed with groups and families in mind, this is our home which we share with like minded people.
Disappointed with bland interiors and over rated properties, we decided to find our own Beach House and style it with an eclectic mix of art and curios.
You won't find en-suite bedrooms or designer kitchens, you'll find a homely country house by the sea, with a log fire, Aga cooking, Barbours, welly boots and of course those stunning views and beach access.
Dog and Hens
We are group friendly making us perfect for well behaved adults and beautiful dogs (max 2) and we are ideal for chilled out Hen parties. For adult groups we suggest a max of 12 and for families we can sleep a maximum of 15 on request in 7 bedrooms.
Relax
With 3500 sq feet, 7 bedrooms, 3 sitting rooms, log fires, sea views, a huge garden and parking for 5 cars, we are the perfect location to relax and unwind. Inside you'll find a cosy stylish drawing rooms, kids room, New England style sitting room, boot room and a open plan kitchen & garden room with dining for a maximum of 12 inside and 14 outside. in the beach garden.
Meadow House
Meadow House is our family holiday house, which we share with discerning guests. It's a stunning seaside property in Mundesley, North Norfolk. The house features beach access, hot tub, fire pit and off road parking. A family home from home, it's full of an eclectic mix of art, curios and antiques.
The house stands in a prominent position over looking the sea and directly in front of the beach walk way, giving it direct access to the sea and beach and to the village via the cliff path for walks into Mundesley, the esplanade and beyond.
Friends and Families
The house is ideal for 8 - 14 guests, it accommodates a maximum a max of 15 in 7 bedrooms (see plan) and has dining spaces for1 10- 12 inside and 15 out, stunning sea views, large garden and hot tub spa area. We are ideal for 8 - 12 friends or 2 families of max 15.
Hen Weekends
We welcome hen parties but remind them these are chill houses not party houses. A security deposit of £500 is required for all Hen parties.
Dog Friendly
The house is dog friendly (max 3 dogs) with prior approval and on accepting our doggie terms. There is a £75.00 weekend and £125.00 weekly supplement per dog and an additional security deposit from each owner. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or upstairs and must sleep in the large kitchen dining room.
About Us
Norfolk Beach House was inspired by the owners with their family of 5 children in mind. It's often described by our guests as a luxury home from home. Designed for large groups and families, we hope we have provided everything for a perfect holiday by the sea.

Meadow House had plenty of room for us to have a stress free get together and celebrate. The rooms were spacious and homely and the outside space was great. The location by the sea suited us all and the sun shone down too. Mundesley is a peaceful location, free from the commercialisation of other seaside places.
