Weekends are two night 4pm Fri until 11 am Sun - extend your stay at a discounted rate until 10am Monday.

Weekly Changeover 

Meadow changeover is usually Saturday mid July until end of Aug

 

Meadow House 

Sat 4pm until Sat 10am

Xmas and New year 2026

Min 3 Nights £1600 per night  or  7 nights £6900

Reservations

Please click on our master calendar to see if your date is available. If the date is free, don't delay if you are keen, as the house always gets full.

Dogs

Strictly by request for additional £75 weekend £150 week / per dog  supplement and £150 security deposit 

Please note we don't automatically accept all dogs (max 2)

 

Terms and Conditions

• 25% non-refundable booking if your holiday start date is over 12 months - see refunds below 

• 50% non-refundable deposit on booking if within 12 months of holiday start date - see refunds below 

• Balance 60 days before arrival

• Please read our full T&C here and advice on holiday insurance

Refunds  

Where we can replace a booking, we will always try to refund in full right up to the start date. If you cannot attend for whatever reason. give us maximum notice and we will seek to get another booking and refund you less £250 admin charges

Deposits 

• £250 security deposit for families

• £500.00 Hen parties and group bookings 

• £150 additional security deposit from dog owners

Hen Parties and Mixed Groups

Please note we are a chill house, not a party house. We welcome Hen parties and mixed groups all we ask is you respect our neighbours and consider them when using the hot tub, especially in the evening! We do have additional terms and deposit.

Rental Terms - full terms here

• Terms: 50% on booking, balance 60 days before arrivalAll deposits are non-refundable unless we can re-book the dates a full refund will be given. With plenty of notice we can usually re-book most dates.All rentals require a £250 security (£500 for hen/group parties) deposit 7 days before arrival or in cash on arrival. An additional £150 for the dog owners.

• All rentals include linen and bath towels, not beach towels

• ​Weekend lets are usually 4pm Fri until 11am Sun or 10am Monday

• Summer and Xmas week lets are usually Fri/Sat 4pm to Fri/Sat 10am. 

• Dogs - strictly on request £100 supplement and £150 security deposit

• We advise all rentals to consider holiday insurance as group bookings are susceptible to changes
