Hen Parties
We welcome Hen parties all we ask is you respect our neighbours and consider them when using the hot tub, especially in the evening! We do have additional terms and deposit.

Terms: 50% on booking, balance 60 days before arrival

All deposits are non-refundable unless we can re-book the dates a full refund will be given. With plenty of notice we can usually re-book most dates.

All rentals require a £250 security (£400 for hen parties) deposit 7 days before arrival or in cash on arrival. An additional £150 for the dog owners.

All rentals include linen and bath towels, not beach towels

Weekend lets are usually 2pm Fri until noon Sun or as agreed on Monday 10am for £150

Summer and Xmas week lets are usually Fri/Sat 4pm to Fri/Sat 10am.
