Meadow House

​

We have a large garden and ample off road parking. To enter the property via conservatory we have one step at the front door. There is a door sill that is slightly proud of the step. There is a step into the inner hallway. The ground floor is all at one level. There is a WC but not a bathroom on this ground floor level. Wheelchair access in all rooms apart from WC. The downstairs is not wheelchair friendly as the bottom two steps protrude into the hallway. We have one set of stairs, 13 steps to the top. The bedrooms are on the first and second floors. We have no downstairs bedrooms. The mini cini room could be used for a single bed on request. We do not have a roll in shower, and you must step up and into the baths in order to take a shower.

The house is light with plenty of windows and painted white throughout to maximise the light. There is a CD player, radio, TV and Wifi. There is a big level garden. Access to the beach is steep and not suitable for wheelchairs. Wheelchair access to the beach can be made via the main esplanade.

Admiral House

​

We have a large garden and ample off road parking. To enter the property via three large steps at the front door, or one step at the back door. There is a door sill that is slightly proud of the step. There is a step into the inner hallway. The ground floor is all at one level. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a step in shower room with a handle grab and WC on this ground floor level. Wheelchair access is possible in all rooms on the ground floor.

 

Access to the first floor is via a wide staircase onto a landing and then a second smaller staircase via 6 steps. The principle bedrooms are large and bright and airy.

The house is light with plenty of windows and painted white throughout to maximise the light. There is a CD player, radio, TV and Wifi. There is a big garden with a gentle slope. Access to the beach is via winding steps from the garden and not suitable for wheelchairs. Wheelchair access to the beach can be made via the main esplanade.
