Please note an amendment to Hot Tub – no use after 10pm until 8am daily, this is due to noise complaints and to respect our neighbours.
Full joining notes attached, important additional notes (pleased confirm) and departure notes. The security deposit of £250 is due 7 days before. Your £250 deposit will be refunded after your holiday. The deposit for hen parties or mixed groups of friends is £500.

Car Parking
There is parking for 4-5 cars, the beach car park in 1 minute away (behind the former hotel, opposite Garage) and you can walk back via the cliff path into the garden. Please DO NOT drive on the lawn, we do charge for damage.

Check-in
Weekends arrival fri after 1pm, departure Sun noon or if agreed Mon 10am. Weekly lets arrival 4pm and departure 10am (cleaners will turn up prompt at 10am).
Key is located as per welcome notes attached. Please download welcome notes and important notes.

Pets
Dogs only by prior agreement with strict additional T&C and additional owner deposit.
Linen
Linen and bath towels provided unless you have requested a discount. We do not supply beach towels.
Stairs
We don't have a lift so if you have any difficulties with stairs please do let us know.

Please see attached notes; these may affect your deposit. Download attached below.
Allergies
In some rooms we use luxury duck feather bedding please inform us if you especially sensitive to feathers and we will arrange anti-allergy bedding for you.
Furthermore, we provide semi-skimmed milk for tea on arrival and fresh flowers, if you have any special dietary requirements we can provide Soya or Goats milk instead. There is a Tesco express 2 minute walk away.

Departure notes

Please strip all beds of linen and place in the bath with used towels

Please clear all bin (bags) from bedrooms

Please do not leave anything in the dishwasher. Everything should be clean and placed back in the cupboards

Please ensure that the glassware goes into the correct cupboards

Please replace any moved furniture

Please replace any remote controls

Please ensure all your recycling is crushed into one of the green bins

Please ensure that all your personal rubbish is placed in the bins and then put in the grey bins in the garden, double bagged if required

Please ensure that the Croquet set is complete and placed back in the Jaques bag - we will have to charge for missing items

Please ensure that the hot tub is clean and the top is placed back on

Please ensure the BBQ grill has been cleaned

Please ensure that all your personal food and shopping items have been removed and that the kitchen is clean and tidy

Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked

Please remove all your glass and bottles and take to the local bottle bank store in Mundesley Village by the tourist information office

Please ensure that the kitchen door key is still in the door and that the main entrance door keys are replaced in the key box
