HOUSE FACILITIES 

DINING SPACES 

As you would expect at a Beach House, we have a stunning alfresco dining space that seats 14 guests as well as a beautiful garden room kitchen dining area that seats twelve people in comfort and has stunning sea views. Our home is ideal for 12 adults sharing and 14 with children, making us ideal for multi-generational use.

3 LIVING SPACES 

One of the most stand-out features of our Beach House is its three living rooms. We have a formal drawing room with log fire, which is a popular haunt for the slightly older generation, as well as a more social New Engalnd style living room. Tucked away off the hallway, we have a smaller kids' living room with large LCD TV and bean bags for movie nights. We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky and Wifi thoughout the house.

7 BEDROOMS

Norfolk Beach House enjoys seven stunningly designed bedrooms.. Each bedroom has its own theme, so none of your guests will feel left out. Most of our interiors are styled with designer fabrics and  wallpaper by Robert Kime (of the Gunton Arms fame) Ben Pentreath, Anna French, Rita Konig and and period antique  furnishings and art.  On the first floor we have four double bedrooms including the Polo Bedroom, The Chinoiserie, The William Morris, The Ship Bedroom and a king-size bedroom called the Savoy Room with an original bed from the Savoy Hotel. On the second floor we have two twin bedded rooms ideal for children or adults  we can sleep a maximum of 12 adults or 14 guests with children.

THE DRAWING ROOM

Our home is so much more than just a holiday rental. Norfolk Beach House has been our family holiday destination since 2006, and we take great pride in sharing the items, the antiques and curios we have collected over this time.  The drawing room is a firm favourite with the slightly older generation, with its cosy log fire and beautifully styled interior using a revival William Morris design by Ben Pentreath. 

HOT TUB SPA AREA 

Our hot tub spa area is located just outside the garden room on its own terrace area. There is outside seating, a wood burner, and sea views. This area is lit up at night and leads directly onto the beach garden with its alfresco dining for 14

THE GARDEN ROOM

The Garden Room at Norfolk Beach House is a stunning kitchen diner extension we created in 2016. It features bi-fold doors onto the hot tub spa area and has stunning sea views to the garden and beyond. Our garden leads to the beach pathway for direct access to Mundesley Beach. 

THE SUN TERRACE 

The Sun Terrace at Norfolk Beach House is IN an elevated position over the beach garden, which gives it stunning sea views over Mundesley beach and is enclosed by repurposed railway sleepers. This terrace garden leads onto the path with direct access to Mundesley Village.

SOCIAL KITCHEN

Our large traditional self-catering kitchen is an ideal place to entertain your guests, friends, hen parties or groups. It features a double AGA, including a pantry, large fridge, washing machine and dryer, and has stunning sea views with its open-plan space into the dining area that seats 12.
