Even in winter, our beach house is beautiful, chilling by the log fire or playing board games in the drawing room. Maybe you are a more adventurous hen and you want to plan a treasure hunt boating trip on the Broads or perhaps a murder mystery whilst your private chef cooks for your party. At Norfolk Beach House, you can certainly play Lady of the Manor for a weekend and we have a whole host of ideas to entertain your guests.

Not every Hen is looking for a hectic clubbing Hen experience. Our Hen parties are looking for a relaxing Norfolk weekend in a stunning luxurious 5-star self-catering house with direct beach access and sea views. Our Beach House in Mundesley is exactly that, making it the ideal Norfolk Hen party house in North Norfolk. for a weekend you can build yourself to suit all the girls.

We comfortably sleep 12 guests in seven bedrooms, and you get exclusive use of the house, the hot tub spa area, the stunning sea views, the log fire, private gardens and off-road parking for five cars. If you are looking for cost-saving fun activities, we have: an all-weather table tennis table, a foosball football table. board games. or you can even create your own beach party games. Or why not just sit in front of the log fire and have a movie night.

Norfolk Beach House is considered the premier location in Mundesley, North Norfolk for hosting sophisticated hen party weekends and group party bookings. Catching the train from Liverpool Street takes just two hours, with a direct connection from Norwich to North Walsham, just four miles away.

The first is called the Suffield Arms and is located only four miles away from Norfolk Beach House and has a trendy cocktail bar and super cool tapas restaurant and walled garden.
The second, and it's sister pub, is called the Gunton Arms, located on a beautiful country estate in a deer park. It is perfect for those looking for a sophisticated hen party weekend.

Please do not book our Beach House in Mundesley if you think guests will not adhere to our noise restrictions. Please note our hot tub area is a quiet zone. Music must be low after 11pm and contained within the house.

We recommend a good number for Hen parties is 8 to 12 guess this gives them all plenty of space and you can see 12 around the dining table. Outside we also have an alfresco dining table overlooking the sea which seats up to 14. What hen-party-friendly features does the property offer? Highlights include a large private hot tub with sea views, expansive open-plan living and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, smart TVs, and a games area. Oh, and lodge fire in the drawing room. There’s ample off-road parking and direct access to the beach for morning walks or photoshoots. Many hens love using the space for pre-drinks, group pampering sessions, and sunset gatherings. What is the minimum stay for a hen weekend? We recommend a minimum 2- or 3-night stay for hen parties, especially over weekends. Two nights tend to be popular of peak season but sadly we can’t do one night. If you’re looking for a midweek price, we can also accommodate this — just contact us with your dates and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Are there any house rules for hen parties? Hen parties are very welcome. We simply ask that you respect the peaceful beach location by keeping noise levels reasonable after 11pm. No smoking indoors, no fireworks or sparklers on the deck, and a refundable security deposit is required to cover any accidental damage. What activities are available nearby for a hen party? North Norfolk has plenty to offer: beach yoga and paddleboarding, coastal walks, spa days, boat trips from nearby harbours, and excellent pubs and restaurants. We can recommend and help arrange popular add-ons such as mobile spa therapists, private chefs, art classes, life drawing, cocktail making classes, or wine tasting experiences. Is the property fully self-catering? Yes. The large kitchen is equipped with multiple ovens, fridges, dishwashers, and everything you need for group catering or a catered meal delivery. Many groups enjoy cooking together on the Aga or having a private chef come in for a special dinner. How far in advance should we book? For peak summer dates, bank holidays, and popular weekends we strongly recommend booking 6–12 months in advance.
